IV. PUBLIC SPEAKERS

1. Larry Washington voiced his concerns regarding illegal activity taking place at Tiger Tails and customers leaving severely intoxicated.

2. John Tac Brantley spoke about ways he is helping at-risk youth in this community and he mentioned he was accepting donations for a Woman King event that would be held at Showplace.

3. Dawn Rozanas voiced her frustrations regarding the street sweeper cleaning streets on the same day that neighborhood garbage is set out. She stated it was a waste of city funds. Ms. Rozanas urged the council members to coordinate the street sweeping schedule on alternate days than garbage pick-up so the city streets could be cleaned properly.

4. Rev. Earl Dotson recited scripture and shared his personal feelings regarding the need for redevelopment on the west side.

1. 2022-222-CR - Committee recommends approval of an ordinance to terminate the Assisted Living/River Housing Tax Increment Financing District. The Legal Director shall prepare the appropriate ordinance.
