1. Approve the Minutes of previous meeting.
ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
2. A Resolution authorizing the City of Loves Park to continue to spend funds at the same rate as the 2022-2023 Appropriation Ordinance until the 2023-2024 Appropriation Ordinance is approved.
3. A Resolution identifying certain acquisition contracts to the installment purchase contract relating to acquiring, constructing, installing and equipping certain improvements to the municipal water system with the proceeds of the City's Debt Certificates, Series 2021.
