ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
2. Presentation by Illinois State Senator Andrew Chesney.
3. An Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article II, Division 2, Section 2-61 and amending Chapter 2, Article II, Division 2, Section 2-65 of the Loves Park Code of Ordinances regarding the consideration of ordinances.
4. An Ordinance amending the Redevelopment Project Area of the Loves Park Corporate Center Redevelopment Project Area in the City.
5. A Resolution expressing an official intent regarding the negotiation of one or more Redevelopment Agreements and the reimbursement of certain expenditures in connection with the East Riverside Redevelopment Business District.
