Marengo High School had the honor of hosting Rep. Joe Sosnowski today as he visited the campus and received a warm welcome from Dr. Angela Fink, the Principal. The visit aimed to provide Rep. Sosnowski with insights into the district's educational programs and unique offerings available to students.
During the tour, Dr. Fink guided Rep. Sosnowski through various areas of the school, showcasing the diverse range of educational opportunities provided to students. These offerings include Advanced Placement (AP) courses, dual credit programs, language studies, and an array of interesting electives such as auto mechanics, cooking, and floral design.
Expressing her delight at the visit, Dr. Angela Fink, the Principal of Marengo High School, said, "It was a great visit to learn more about the district as well as some of the unique offerings available to students – AP, dual credit, language, and also electives including auto, cooking, and floral!"
The visit provided Rep. Sosnowski with an opportunity to gain firsthand knowledge of the school's commitment to providing a well-rounded education that caters to the diverse interests and aspirations of its students.
