Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

CALLED TO ORDER: 5:40 P.M.

MEMBERS PRESENT: John Pruitt, Mark Peterson, Dan Jacobson

ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Greg Jury, Attorney Gino Galluzzo, Alderman Robert Schlensker, Mike Owens, Clint Little, Jim Thompson, A. Marie Holmes, Fire Chief James Hart, Police Chief Mike McCammond

MEMBERS ABSENT: Alderman John Jacobson

MINUTES APPROVAL: September 5, 2023

Alderman Pruitt moved to approve. Second by Alderman Dan Jacobson.

Motion Approved 3-0

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

1. List of Bills: No questions or concerns.

2. Items for consideration.

A. An Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article II, Division 2, Section 2-61 and amending Chapter 2, Article II, Division 2, Section 2-65 of the Loves Park Code of Ordinance regarding the consideration of ordinances.

Alderman Pruitt moved to approve. Second by Alderman Dan Jacobson.

Motion Approved 3-0

B. An Ordinance amending the Redevelopment Project Area of the Loves Park Corporate Center Redevelopment Project Area in the City.

Alderman Pruitt moved to approve. Second by Alderman Dan Jacobson.

Motion Approved 3-0

C. A Resolution expressing an official intent regarding the negotiation of one or more Redevelopment Agreements and the reimbursement of certain expenditures in connection with the East Riverside Redevelopment Business District.

Alderman Pruitt moved to approve. Second by Alderman Dan Jacobson.

Motion Approved 3-0

D. Presentation by Illinois State Senator Andrew Chesney

3. General Discussion.

4. Adjournment.
