10. A Resolution authorizing the Water Department Manager to promote Kristy Driscoll to the position of Office Manager, effective December 5, 2023, with a salary of $58,000.00.

11. A Resolution authorizing an amendment to the Insurance Consulting Agreement between Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. and the City of Loves Park, Illinois.

12. A Resolution authorizing the renewal of the city's employee health insurance plan for one year with Northern Illinois Health Plan and Excess Re-Insurance Underwriters.

13. A Resolution authorizing the City to adopt Amendment No. 5 of the City's Group Health Plan regarding mental health.

14. A Resolution authorizing the City to adopt Amendment No. 6 to the City's Group Health Plan regarding dependent pregnancy coverage.

15. An Ordinance approving the issuance of a Class R-1 Liquor License located at 6338 E. Riverside Blvd.

16. An Ordinance providing for a Special Use Permit for an HVAC warehouse/supply house for the property known as 5614 N. Second Street.

17. An Ordinance providing for a Variance to allow an accessory structure for the property known as 9572 Forest Hills Road.

18. An Ordinance providing for a Variance in accessory structure height for the property known as 6351 Harlem Road and 6405 Harlem Road.
