A. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a permanent easement agreement between the City and SCL Business Park, LLC.
Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

B. An Ordinance authorizing the city to enter into the sixth amendment to the Redevelopment Agreement with SCL Business Park.
Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.
