10. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to hire Helm Services to do yearly preventative maintenance on the air conditioning and heating units at City Hall, Police Department, Fire Stations 1 & 2, and Public Works Storage.
11. A Resolution authorizing the City of Loves Park to enter into a Redevelopment Agreement within Brent Beehler relating to 411 E. Riverside Blvd. within the N. Second St. TIF District.
12. A Resolution authorizing the Water Department Manager to hire Fehr Graham Engineering for construction engineering for the Interstate Blvd. watermain extension project.
13. A Resolution authorizing Plat No. 2 of Larson's Industrial Tracts.

14. An Ordinance approving the issuance of a Class R-1 Liquor License to Wally's Restaurant & Slots at 521 Loves Park Drive.
15. An Ordinance providing for a Special Use Permit to allow for an event space for 4105 N. Perryville Road.
16. An Ordinance providing for a Special Use Permit to allow for off site storage of vehicles for 4722 and 4732 N. Second Street.
