Rep. Sosnowski has expressed gratitude to Book Cattle and Grain LLC and the Winnebago-Boone Farm Bureau for the opportunity to adopt an acre at a local soybean farm. During a recent visit, Rep. Sosnowski learned about crop cultivation and management.
"Special thank you to Cody for taking time out of your schedule to teach us about the life cycle of the soybean," said Rep. Sosnowski. "From planting to trying to keep them healthy all summer, we can’t wait to come back to be part of the harvest season this Fall."
Rep. Sosnowski acknowledged the challenges faced by farmers in Northern Illinois this growing season, extending appreciation for their efforts: "We recognize the growing season in Northern Illinois has been a tough one, so to all the farmers who are working tirelessly, THANK YOU!"
