14. A Resolution authorizing the promotion of Russell Caveny to the position of Assistant Water Department Manager, to be effective September 17, 2024.
15. A Resolution authorizing the Economic Development/Planning Manager to sign a contract with Place Foundry, LLC, for place advisory services at Riverside Commons for a cost not to exceed $60,000.00.
16. A Resolution authorizing the City of Loves Park to enter into a Redevelopment Agreement with Douglas Vukalovich relating to the property located at 6125 North Second Street.
17. A Resolution authorizing the City of Loves Park to enter into a Redevelopment agreement with Boundless Homes, LLC relating to the properties located at 5535 and 5545 North Second Street.
18. A Resolution authorizing the Street Department Manager to hire Fehr Graham for Rock Valley Creek Phase 2 at a cost not to exceed $48,000.00.
19. A Resolution authorizing the City of Loves Park to enter into a vehicle lease agreement with Rock River Disposal Services for the rental of three trucks for the purpose of leaf removal.
20. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an amendment to the agreement with the Cross Creek Condo Association for snow removal services.
