A) Ordinance was discussed establishing No Parking & 1 Hour Parking on Hangar Road

B) Resolution to hire Norwest Construction for the 2024 Drainage and Access Improvements.
Ald. J. Jacobson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Holmes seconded said motion.

C) Resolution amending Ordinance 23-006 regarding Engineering Agreement for elevated storage tank #4 with Fehr Graham & Associates adding additional cost of $28,100 due to scope change

D) Resolution amending contract cost an additional $180,777.00 for the Interstate Water Main extension due to a change order to reroute because of utility conflicts
