RESOLUTIONS & MOTIONS

10. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Loves Park and the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150, Public Employees Division.

11. A Resolution authorizing the Loves Park Water Department to waive the normal system development fees for two 6" water connections in Forest Hills Village mobile home park.

12. A Resolution authorizing the Street Department Manager to hire ArcDesign for engineering services for the Windsor Road Drainage from First Street to the New Well 2025 at a cost not to exceed $56,200.00.

13. A Resolution authorizing the Street Department Manager to hire ArcDesign for engineering services for the Forest Hills Overlay 2025 at a cost not to exceed $46,600.00.

14. A Resolution authorizing the Street Department Manager to hire ArcDesign for engineering services for the Broadcast Parkway Drainage 2025 at a cost not to exceed $25,600.00.

15. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with IDOT and to appropriate ITEP Funds for improvements along Illinois 251 (North Second Street) between E. Riverside Blvd. and River Lane.

ORDINANCES

16. An Ordinance authorizing the disposal of surplus personal property owned by the City of Loves Park.

17. An Ordinance authorizing a Variance in business sign height for the property known as 6202 Forest Hills Road.

18. An Ordinance authorizing a Special Use Permit for vehicle sales for the property known as 6239 N. Second Street.

19. An Ordinance authorizing a Special Use Permit for an automobile oil change service for the property known as 4020 Stadium Drive.

PUBLIC COMMENT — Anyone wishing to speak at the city council meeting shall contact the Mayor's office by 4:00 PM Friday before the council meeting at 815-654-5030.
