II. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES

The minutes of the last regular meeting held on October 9, 2024, were approved as submitted.

III. TRAFFIC REQUESTS

A. New Business

1. Request in the 10th Ward, by Liz Wiener, 413 Oak Knolls Avenue, to establish traffic control at the intersection of Crosby Street and Oak Knolls Avenue. (K. Lin commented that there were no accidents in our time period, traffic volumes were light, and that a majority of the nearby intersections had some type of traffic control. S. Capovilla noted that the east leg dead ends approximately 150’ from the intersection and essentially functions as a driveway. A motion for stop control only on the west leg of Crosby Street was made by T. Okite and seconded by S. Capovilla. That motion was voted down 4-5 with the deciding vote being cast by D. Peterson. Commission then recommended taking “No Action.” Motion by M. Slife, seconded by B. Strawser, Voted 8-0).

IV. ADJOURNMENT
