I. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by Interim Director of Legal, Angela Hammer, at 5:38 PM 

II. ACCEPTANCE OF THE JOURNAL 

1. Journal of proceedings for the Civilian Oversight Board meeting held on November 21, 2024 

Board Member Bondurant made a motion approve. Board Member Vaiden seconded. MOTION PREVAILED by unanimous voice vote.

RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]  AYES: Bondurant, Vaiden, Hatfield, Collins, Medina ABSENT: Earl Curry

III. NEW BUSINESS 

1. Approve regular meeting schedule for 2025 

Board Member Hatfield mad a motion to approve. Board Member Medina seconded. MOTION PREVAILED by unanimous voice vote.

RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]  AYES: Bondurant, Vaiden, Hatfield, Collins, Medina ABSENT: Earl Curry

IV. OLD BUSINESS 

1. Adopt Findings and Recommendation in COB D2 2024-011 

Board Member Bondurant made a motion to adopt the attached Findings and Recommendations. Board Member Medina seconded. There was no discussion. MOTION PREVAILED 5 to 0.

V. ADJOURNMENT 

Board Member Hatfield made a motion to adjourn. Board Member Collins seconded. MOTION PREVAILED by unanimous voice vote. The meeting closed at 5:41 PM.
