State Representative John M. Cabello is organizing a free Utility Bill Clinic in collaboration with the Citizens Utility Board (CUB) to assist residents in reducing their energy expenses and exploring clean energy programs. The event will take place in Freeport, Illinois.

Participants will have the chance to engage in one-on-one sessions with CUB counselors who will provide personalized analyses of utility bills. During these consultations, attendees can gain insights into solar and electrification programs aimed at reducing energy costs, learn about available rebates for energy-saving initiatives, and discover strategies for lowering utility bills through efficiency measures.
