City of Loves Park Public Works Committee met April 7.

Here is the agenda provided by the committee:

I. Approval of Minutes

A. Approval of Minutes from the February 17th meeting.

II. Resolutions & Ordinances

A) Resolution for Street Department to hire Stenstrom for City wide patch project utilizing the 2024-unit pricing.

B) Resolution for Street Department to hire Rock Road Companies INC,801 Beal Court, Rockford, IL. 61109 as the lowest bidder for Forest Hills Road Improvements,

C) Resolution for Street Department to hire Everlast Black Top as the lowest bidder for the 2025 Street Improvements.

D) Resolution for the Street Department to hire N-Trac,1523Windsor Road, Loves Park, IL 61111 as the lowest bidder for Windsor Road Drainage Improvements.

III. Project Updates/Directors Report:
