1. Approve the Minutes of previous meeting.
ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
2. A Resolution authorizing the appointment of Shannon Messinger, Nathan Bruck, Craig McDonald, David Jacobson, and Russell Caveny to various positions in the City.
3. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to hire Joseph D. Rongere as a full-time Plumbing/HVAC Inspector, to be effective May 1, 2025.
4. A Resolution authorizing the City to enter into a redevelopment agreement with Write It Right Public Adjusting LLC for the property known as 521 Loves Park Drive.
5. A Resolution authorizing the City to enter into a redevelopment agreement with A.A.A. M & V, Inc for the property known as 4840 N. Second Street.
6. A Resolution authorizing the City to enter into a redevelopment agreement with A.A.A. M & V, Inc. for the property known as 4832 N. Second Street.
