Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

2. Items for consideration.

A. A Resolution authorizing the appointment of Shannon Messinger, Nathan Bruck, Craig McDonald, David Jacobson, and Russell Caveny to various positions in the City.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

Motion Approved 3-0

B. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to hire Joseph D. Rongere as a full-time Plumbing/HVAC Inspector, to be effective May 1, 2025.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

Motion Approved 4-0

C. A Resolution authorizing the City to enter into a redevelopment agreement with Write It Right Public Adjusting LLC for the property known as 521 Loves Park Drive.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

Motion Approved 4-0

D. A Resolution authorizing the City to enter into a redevelopment agreement with A.A.A. M

& V, Inc. for the property known as 4832 N. Second Street.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

Motion approved 4-0
