2. A Resolution authorizing Schoening's to paint the exterior of Fire Station #2.

3. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement with North Park Public Water District.

4. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a Redevelopment Agreement between the City and Forest Hills Enterprise LLC.

5. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement with Region 1 Planning Council.

6. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Redevelopment Agreement between Capri Restaurant, Inc. and the City of Loves Park.

7. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Redevelopment Agreement between DJNK Holdings, LLC and the City of Loves Park.

8. An Ordinance amending the Redevelopment Project Area of the Central Manufacturing TIF Redevelopment Project Area in the City.
