1. Approval of proposed funding agreement with Miracle Mile Rockford in the amount of $30,000 of TIF funding through the East State and Alpine TIF District to support their 2025 Workplan.
2. Approval of proposed funding agreement with Midtown District Association in the amount of $30,000 of TIF funding through the Midtown TIF District to support their 2025 Workplan.
III. RESOLUTIONS
1. Approval of the City of Rockford Residential Antidisplacement and Relocation Assistance Plan.
2. Approval of the proposed policy to establish a citywide framework to reduce food insecurity in Rockford by designating funding and improving access to healthy, affordable, and culturally appropriate food.
