MEMBERS PRESENT: Ald. J Jacobson, Ald. Schlensker, Alderman Peterson and Alderman Laudicina.

ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Jury, Nate Bruck, Ald. Thompson, Ald. Owens, Ald. Pruitt, Attorney Gino Galluzzo.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: May 5th 2025.

A) Resolution to hire Baxter and Woodman for professional services for Well 7.

Ald. J. Jacobson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Peterson seconded said motion. Motion carried 4 ayes – 0 nays

B) Resolution to hire Scandroli to build Well #7.

Ald. J. Jacobson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Peterson seconded said motion. Motion carried 4 ayes – 0 nays

C) Resolution to Hire Montel to create key cards for Well #3.

Ald. J. Jacobson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Peterson seconded said motion. Motion carried 4 ayes – 0 nays

D) Ordinance for a Variance for 8400 Riverside.

Ald. J. Jacobson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Peterson seconded said motion. Motion carried 4 ayes – 0 nays

Alderman J. Jacobson moved for adjournment at 5:36 p.m.; seconded by Alderman Peterson The motion to adjourn was approved by a vote of 4 ayes – 0 nays.
