B. A Resolution authorizing the City to pay DPI Construction Inc. for the parking lot construction at the Korean War Memorial.
Alderman Mark Peterson joined the meeting at 5:42 p.m.

C. A Resolution authorizing the City to be a community sponsor for the Harlem Community Center Strong Day planned for October 17, 2025.

D. A resolution authorizing the acceptance of the Home Repair and Accessibility Program Funding from the Illinois Housing Development Authority.
