A. A Resolution authorizing the City Treasurer to engage Lauterbach & Amen LLP to perform actuarial services for fiscal years 2025 through 2028.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

B. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to hire Eric Rosenwinkle for the position of Building Inspector.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

C. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Community Development to enter into a contract for professional services with SAFEbuilt Illinois LLC.

Alderman Pruitt moved to approve. Second by Alderman Peterson.
