CALLED TO ORDER: 5:40 P.M.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Mark Peterson, John Pruitt, Dan Jacobson

MEMBERS ABSENT: John Jacobson

ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Jury, Attorney Gino Galluzzo, Frank Laudicina, Doug Allton, Mike Owens, Jim Thompson, Shannon Messinger, Fire Chief James Hart, Police Chief Mike McCammond, Clerk Bob Burden, Treasurer John Danielson

MINUTES APPROVAL: September 15, 2025

Alderman Pruitt moved to approve. Second by Alderman Dan Jacobson. Motion Approved 3-0

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

1. List of Bills: No questions or concerns.

2. Items for consideration.

A. An Ordinance authorizing the Loves Park Fire Department to impose Life-Assist Service Fees.

Alderman Pruitt moved to lay over. Second by Alderman Dan Jacobson.

Motion Approved 3-0

B. An Ordinance authorizing the Loves Park Fire Department to impose certain Firefighting and Emergency Medical Service Fees for the City of Loves Park.

Alderman Pruitt moved to lay over. Second by Alderman Dan Jacobson.

Motion Approved 3-0

3. General Discussion.

4. Adjournment.

Alderman Pruitt moved to adjourn. Second by Alderman Dan Jacobson.

Motion approved 3-0
