The Vice Chair, Alderman Durkee, called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. II. COMMITTEE REPORTS 

1. An Ordinance for the Termination of the Lincolnwood Estates #1 Redevelopment Project Area and the Dissolution of the Special Tax Allocation Fund for the Lincolnwood Estates #1 Tax Increment Financing District. 

Alderwoman Meeks made a motion to approve. Alderman Salgado seconded. After discussion, MOTION PREVAILED 3 to 0 by voice vote.

RESULT: APPROVED BY COMMITTEE [UNANIMOUS]  AYES: Tim Durkee, Gina Meeks, Jaime Salgado ABSENT: Karen Hoffman, Janessa Wilkins

2. Approval for a Subordination requested by Anchor Housing L.P. IV, an Illinois Limited Partnership, property owner of 414 N. Court St. 

Alderwoman Meeks made a motion to approve. Alderman Salgado seconded. After discussion, MOTION PREVAILED 3 to 0 by voice vote.

III. ADJOURNMENT 

Alderman Salgado made a motion to adjourn. Alderwoman Meeks seconded the motion. MOTION PREVAILED by unanimous voice vote. The meeting adjourned at 6:12 p.m.
