Keicher bill allowing expectant mothers to park in handicap-designated spots heads to governor

An Illinois House representative who co-sponsored a bill that helps pregnant women in their third trimester park in handicap-designated spots praised the House’s passage of the measure on April 23. The bill was then passed by the Senate and has been sent to the governor.
