Hononegah High School's Burnell has one tackle in Southwest Minn. St. Mustangs football loss

Hononegah High School graduate Shaylar Burnell had one tackle in Southwest Minn. St. Mustangs football's 24-10 loss Sept. 30 to the Sioux Falls Cougars at Mattke Field at the Schwan Regional Event Center.

Burnell is a 6-0, 150 pound freshman defensive back from Rockton.

Up next: Southwest Minn. St. Mustangs football plays hosts Wayne St. Wildcats football on Oct. 7.
