Q1 real estate sales report: South Beloit

Median prices declined in South Beloit over last year, and are up 17.3 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 22 homes sold in South Beloit for a median price of $120,750. That's 1.3 percent lower than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.
