Mercy Rockford Health System issued the following announcement on Aug. 31.
Mercyhealth is pleased to announce Dr. Harry Ginsberg was recently given the Clinical Educator of the Year award by Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi, of the 8th District of Illinois. Dr. Ginsberg serves as Program Director of the Mercyhealth Internal Medicine Residency Program.
The award was presented to Dr. Ginsberg during the July global reunion of the Deccan Alumni Association of North America (DAANA), a nonprofit representing alumni of Deccan College of Medical Sciences (DCMS Hyderabad, India). More than 370 alumni of the medical school traveled from across the globe with their families to attend this event.
