Mercy Rockford Health System issued the following announcement on Nov. 13.
Mercyhealth is pleased to announce the following promotions in its Patient Access Department.
Danielle Quam joins the leadership team as Manager of Patient Access-Hospital Registration at Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center–Janesville. In this role, Quam will oversee the hospital registration and patient access functions.
Sheila Livingston will continue in her role as Manager of Patient Access–Hospital Registration for the Javon Bea Hospital–Rockton and will expand her role to include the Mercyhealth Riverside Campus.
To further support Mercyhealth’s system-wide operational alignment, Becky Gove, Manager of Patient Access for Rock, Walworth, and McHenry counties, will transition into the system-wide role of Manager of Patient Access with a focus on all of the clinics across the system.
