Q2 real estate sales report: Belvidere

Median prices declined in Belvidere over last year, and are up 1.1 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 68 homes sold in Belvidere for a median price of $142,000. That's 10.2 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, there were no foreclosures in Belvidere.
