Q4 real estate sales report: Capron

Median prices rose in Capron over last year, and are down 29.4 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 4 homes sold in Capron for a median price of $69,200. That's 93.8 percent higher than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.

In the fourth quarter, there were no foreclosures in Capron.
