Village of Machesney Park issued the following announcement on March 7.
Representatives from Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department, National Weather Service, Commonwealth Edison and the Village of Machesney Park will present information regarding the management of the Rock River Recreational Basin at Rockford and the impact of weather events and dam operation on water levels.
The Meeting Will Be Held At: The Harlem High School Auditorium, #1 Huskie Circle, Machesney Park on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.
Residents and those utilizing the Rock River are encouraged to attend this informational gathering.
