How did Tom Klein spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Tom Klein's election campaign committee, Citizens for Tom Klein, spent $11,620 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Klein's committee spent the most on fundraisers in the quarter, with all those payments ($7,290) going to Venetian Club in Rockford. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Klein's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
