How did Jerry Bolin spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Jerry Bolin's election campaign committee, Friends of Jerry D Bolin, spent $15,217 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Bolin's committee spent the most on mailing - three in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,807) going to Vance Printing in Beloit. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Bolin's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
