Republican Tom Klein's election campaign committee, Citizens for Tom Klein, spent $11,610 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Klein's committee spent the most on event food, staff, and settings in the quarter, with all those payments ($8,696) going to Venetian Club in Rockford. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Klein's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
