Committee discussion and possible committee action regarding a request for a Variance under Section 82-55 of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois, to allow a 5'4" side yard setback along the north property line contrary to Section 82-10(a)(1) which requires a 6' side yard setback for the existing building for the property commonly known as 2823 Swanson Parkway, Rockford, Illinois 61109. PIN: 16-03-251-003

Committee discussion and possible committee action regarding a request for a Variance under Section 82-55 of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois, to allow a 17" projection of the gutters and overhang on the north side of the building contrary to the 8" allowed by Section 82-10(b)(1) for the property commonly known as 2823 Swanson Parkway, Rockford, Illinois 61109. PIN: 16-03-251-003
