Republican John S Lowry's election campaign committee, Judge John Lowry for Circuit Judge, spent $26,829 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Lowry's committee spent the most on television advertising in the quarter, with all those payments ($15,000) going to Cain & Company in Rockford. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Lowry's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
