Rockton home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Rockton fell by $10,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 45 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,000 - a 6.5% decrease over the $153,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Rockton in the fourth quarter of 2016, as well.
