Lake Summerset (Winnebago County) home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Lake Summerset in Winnebago County fell by $59,750 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 33.2% decrease over the $179,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lake Summerset in March 2016.
