Q3 2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 61038?

There was one offender released on parole during the third quarter living near Illinois zip code 61038, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Rockford Sun.

The data shows that the man was released in the Vandalia zip code. The 55-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 2 years in prison for a property crime in 2016 when he was 53 years old.
