      1. Motion to approve a Special Event Permit from Steve Blake of Windsor Pizza and Macktown Lions Club to hold a fundraiser for Gigi’s Playhouse at 1034 Windsor Road on Saturday, August 17, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

      2. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for the purchase of six Fixed-Point License Plate Recognition Packages for the Loves Park Police Department.

      3. Resolution identifying fire truck purchase with Debt Certificates, Series 2019.

      4. Resolution authorizing the promotion of David Jacobson to the position of Water Distribution Lead at a wage rate of $30.55 per hour, to be effective August 13, 2019.

      5. Resolution authorizing the promotion of Steve McDonald to the position of Street Department Foreman at a wage rate of $31.12 per hour, to be effective August 13, 2019.

      6. Resolution authorizing the Water Department Manager to hire Mechanical Inc. for emergency repairs to filter plant #1 at a cost not to exceed $41,850.00.

      1. Ordinance approving the purchase of real estate at 930 Windsor Road for a municipal well site.
