Mercy Rockford Health System issued the following announcement on Aug. 29.
Mercyhealth Hospice is hosting Meaningful Memories, a free bereavement support group, at Mercyhealth at Home, 4223 E. State St., Rockford, on Thursdays, September 12-October 24, 10-11:30 am. This group offers helpful resources for those who have recently experienced the loss of a loved one.
Registration is required and the group is limited to 10 participants. To register or for more information, call Joe Marek, Bereavement Coordinator, at (815) 971-3559.
