Capron home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Capron rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $99,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Capron in the second quarter of 2017.
