1. Motion to approve August 21, 2019 Village Board Minutes.

PUBLIC COMMENT Public Comment is encouraged. The Village Board will receive comments from the public, pursuant to State Statutes. Comments will be limited to five minutes on topics relating to the Village of Poplar Grove. Be further advised that matters brought up at this time may be referred to the appropriate committee or individual for further discussion or consideration.

3. Motion to approve ordinance 19-31 an ordinance amending title 2- business and license regulations, chapter 4- utilities tax of the Village of Poplar Grove code of ordinance to remove sunset provision on municipal gas and electric taxes.

4. Motion to approve ordinance 19-32 an ordinance amending title seven - building regulations of the Village of Poplar Grove code of ordinances to adopt updated editions of the energy conservation code and the Illinois accessibility code.

FINANCE AND PUBLIC WORKS, TRUSTEE MILLER

5. Motion to approve Check Disbursement and Payroll in the amount of $152,002.79

6. Motion to approve Ordinance 19-26 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois amending Title 2 - Business and License Regulations to the Village of Poplar Grove code of ordinances to add a new section 12 to be entitled "cable Franchise Fee'

7. Motion to approve Ordinance 19-28 an ordinance providing for the disposal of certain personal property.

8. Motion to approve 2019 Case SV280 - Skid Loader in the amount of 13,500

9. Motion to approve Ordinance 19-29 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois amending the Village of Poplar Grove code of ordinances regarding water and sewer rates for the North Boone Fire District No. 3

10. Motion to approve ordinance 19-30 an ordinance amending tittle 2-business and license regulations of the Village of Poplar Grove code of ordinance to create a new chapter 13 to be entitled "Municipal Cannabis Retailers Occupation Tax"

NEW BUSINESS

11. Motion to approve FY2019 Audit.

12. Motion to approve Resolution 19-34 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove resolving to award the contract for phase 1 clean and televise sanitary sewer.

13. Motion to approve Resolution 19-35 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove resolving to procure storm water lift station equipment from the Village of Machesney Park.
