City of Loves Park Codes & Regulations Committee met Sept. 9.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
l. Call to Order – the meeting was called to order by Alderman Warden at 6:16 p.m. Committee Members Present – Alderman Little, Alderman Puckett. Also in attendance – Steve Thompson, David Deery
II. The minutes of the August 19, 2019 meeting were approved upon a motion by Alderman Little, seconded by Alderman Puckett. Vote 3 – 0 to approve.
III. Items for Consideration
A. Special Event Permit application from David Deery to hold a fundraiser “Beats & Eats:
Toy Drive at 9572 Forest Hills Rd on Saturday, October 5, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Motion by Alderman Little to approve. Second by Alderman Puckett. Vote 3 -0 to approve.
B. Liquor License request for Lucky Cafe located at 401 East Riverside Blvd. -tabled
C. Special Use Permit for “The Cluck Stops Here” food truck located at 100 Heart Blvd for the month of September, October, November 2019.
Motion by Alderman Puckett to approve contingent on approval of parking spot by the Community Development staff. Second by Alderman Little. Vote 3 – 0 to approve.

V. General Discussion – None
VI. Adjournment – the meeting was adjourned at 6:35 p.m. upon motion by Alderman Little and Alderman Puckett. Vote 3 – 0 in favor.
