Loves Park Police Department issued the following announcement on Dec. 19.
On Monday, December 16th, 2019, the Loves Park City Council approved the lateral hiring of Ben Johnson, for the position of Police Officer, with the Loves Park Police Department. Officer Ben Johnson is pictured after being sworn in during the City Council Meeting.
The city council also approved the promotion of Rob Czech to Sergeant. Sgt. Czech is also pictured along with other police department employees below!
We want to issue a huge congratulations to Officer Ben Johnson and Sergeant Rob Czech!
