1. Presentation from Mr. Rich Ransford of Metropolitan Industries Inc. regarding an enhanced/updated SCADA system for the management of the village’s water system.

2. Committee discussion and a possible motion to send to the Village Board regarding changing providers for the village’s phone system.

3. Continued committee discussion regarding possible upcoming Capital Improvement Projects for the 2020-2021 Fiscal Year Budget.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Committee discussion regarding the IEPA Audit Report.

2. Committee discussion an a motion to send to the Village Board regarding approval of a Resolution for MHMP for FEMA Funding Eligibility.

3. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board authorizing Public Works Employee Cathy O’Hearn and Austin Revolinski to attend Class C&D Water Operations Training in Geneva, Illinois on February 27 and February 28, 2020 at a cost of $600.00 from line item 5195 Water, and Meal Allowance not to exceed $100.00 from line item 5200 Water.

4. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board to approve Public Works Director Chuck Freeman’s attendance at the Illinois Department of Agriculture Pesticide Training on January 30 and January 31, 2020 at Giovanni’s Convention Center at a cost of $50.00 from line item 5195 Public Works.

5. Committee discussion regarding a Pump Testing Proposal for a Possible New Well #7 from Layne Christensen Company.
