The Invocation was led by Chaplain Kenneth Hendley of Free Will Baptist Church.
Pledge of Allegiance
Mayor McNamara announced that Chaplain Hendley won the Police Volunteer of the Year Award for all of the wonderful work he has done.
Mayor McNamara awarded Tim Sullivan for creating the "Snow and Ice" app for the City of Rockford residents. Approximately 3,000 citizens have signed up for the app.
II. RESOLUTIONS
A. 2020-18-R - Award of RFP: Fire Station Alerting System to U.S. Digital Designs, of Tempe, Arizona for a total cost of $716,949.09. The ETSB will be providing $374,932.48 towards the project cost. The Fire Department will fund $425,071.46. The funding source is Fire Department Operating Budget.
