Here is the minutes provided by the Board:

Mayor Adams called the meeting to order at 7:06 pm.

Present were: Mayor Adams, Mr. Fridly, Mr. Magnus, Mrs. May, Mr. Peterson, Mr. Winters and Atty. Aaron Szeto

Also present: Chief Dickson

Absent: Mrs. Honkamp

Approval of Minutes

Motion by Mr. Winters, second by Mr. Fridly, to waive the reading of the November 19, 2019 Village Board meeting minutes. All ayes. Motion approved 5-0.

Motion by Mr. Winters, second by Mr. Fridly, to approve the November 19, 2019 Village Board meeting minutes. All ayes. Motion approved 5-0.

Amendments to the Agenda

None.

Zoning

None.

Public Safety and Legal – Mr. Winters

None.

Administration – Mrs. Honkamp

None.

Water, Sewer, and Garbage – Mr. Fridly

None.

Community Development and Budget – Mr. Peterson

Motion by Mr. Peterson to present the estimated tax levy as $1,064,924, second by Mr. Fridly. Mr. Peterson stated that this is the same tax rate as last year. Roll call. All ayes. Motion approved 5-0.

Streets and Walks – Mr. Magnus

None.

Action on Items Arising Out of Executive Session

None.

New Business

None.

Payment of Bills

Motion by Mr. Winters, second by Mr. Peterson, to pay bills in the amount of $174,155.26. Roll call. All ayes. Motion approved 5-0.

Hearing no further business, motion by Mr. Winters, second by Mr. Peterson, to adjourn at 7:09 pm. All ayes. Motion approved 5-0.
